Colour Consent & Waiver
I hereby acknowledge that there are risks involved in any hair treatment and the use of cosmetic products, which may lead to allergic reactions or chemical reactions that may cause skin irritation, discomfort, or illness.
With full knowledge and voluntary consent, I release Hair By Alanda and its owner from all liability, damages, claims, and causes of action arising from any harm, injury, discomfort, damage, or death. Further, I now declare that I have no illness or condition that might have adverse effects from the procedure I will undergo. I have been informed of the precautions I must comply with, including wearing the required gowns that Alanda Page shall provide during treatment.
I declare that I am of legal age or represented by a parent/guardian with full competency to sign this consent. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions for the services to be performed and am executing this document voluntarily without any representation or coercion.

Cancellation Policy
To accommodate the high demand for our services and the advanced booking required by our service providers, we kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment. Filling a vacant spot with short notice can be challenging, particularly for our heavily requested colour bookings.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or emergencies, may arise, and we sympathize with these situations. However, we kindly urge you to make every effort to provide us with ample notice so that we may fill your appointment slot.
Failure to give at least 24 hours notice may result in a fee or the forfeiture of a deposit amounting to 50% of the original booking. Additionally, no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to the full-service fee, and as a precautionary measure, pre-payment for future appointments may be required.
Booking Policy
Deposits will be mandatory for all colour services exceeding 4 hours. These deposits will be deducted from your final invoice.
Health and Safety
Entrance will not be granted to individuals exhibiting any of the following symptoms, and they are advised to stay at home until their symptoms have resolved:
• Fever
• Chills
• Shortness of breath
• Sore throat
• Pain while swallowing
Guests can wear masks, and if you would like your service provider to wear a mask during your appointment, kindly inform them beforehand. They will gladly accommodate your request; your safety and comfort are paramount.
